You can use OADT.orgEbsco Open Dissertations, and PQDT Open to find dissertations and theses that are Open Access.

Use WorldCat.org (go to Advanced Search >> Content >> Thesis/Dissertation, and then enter your desired title, author, or keywords) to find dissertations and theses that are not available online. These are usually housed in physical format in their home libraries or, if published, other large university libraries may have them.

As a SUNY Empire student or member of the faculty or staff, you are entitled to go to any SUNY library and borrow books (and often dissertations) in person using your SUNY Empire photo ID.
