The EBSCOhost app can only be authenticated (logged in) if you have already created your personal EBSCOhost profile/account.
This is free, but separate from your SUNY Empire access to EBSCOhost resources.
To create an EBSCOhost profile, visit the library website and go to EBSCOhost via the Article Databases link.
Once logged in to EBSCOhost with your SUNY Empire username and password, click "Sign In" or at the upper right corner. From there, choose the "Sign Up" option, and fill in your details.
Now, return to the EBSCOhost app on your mobile device. Follow EBSCOhost's instructions to finish authenticating.
