In many of our multidisciplinary databases, you can search specifically for reviews. To do this:
- Click Article Databases on the library home page, and choose the database you wish to use.
- In the database, click the Advanced Search option under the basic search bar, and use the menus there to select Review(s) from the document or content type limiters.
- Enter your keywords, and search.
If you're looking for scholarly film criticism, remember to click the option for Scholarly/Peer Reviewed only. Most film/book reviews are not scholarly, but scholarly film/literary criticism does exist.

Internet Movie Database (IMDb) provides information on each movie's release date, director, production company, cast list, and more.
