The Empire State University Library makes every effort to purchase an ebook copy of required textbooks to support student learning. While we do our best to purchase multi-user licenses, some textbook vendors only offer access to one user a time.
During busy periods like the beginning of the semester, this can sometimes lead to an ebook being temporarily unavailable when two people try to open the same ebook at the same time.
